Need a break from all the wine? This event is for you! It will cover everything from the cooking, fermenting, distilling and aging of tequila and will conclude with a full portfolio tasting and the rare opportunity to taste cooked agave from Mexico!
6. Flight of the Oyster Seminar

An oyster expedition you don’t want to miss! Experience the diversity of bone dry to sweet Bordeaux, and you will be sure to agree there is a style of white Bordeaux to match a multitude of mollusks!
7. Champagne & Caviar

A duo of delicacies: Browne Trading Company will showcase a variety of sturgeon with classic sets including egg, shallot, caper, belini, and a creamy caviar-inspired Panna cotta, accompanied by Pol Roger Champagne + 2014 Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Les Caillottes.
8. La Fête

Modeled in style after La Paulée de Meursault, guests donate a bottle of their favorite wine from their personal cellars in advance, and tables are then curated based on the wines submitted!
