We are respected and known for our stunning photography, creative content, and compelling articles on subjects both local and international. In order to consistently deliver such a top quality product, we rely heavily on the talents and skills of our team members, including our interns.
Interning with N Magazine or Nantucket Current provides a comprehensive opportunity to learn many facets of the publishing industry, including writing, photography, advertising, social media, news coverage, event planning, and more. We look for students with an interest in publishing or communications, a passion for all things Nantucket, and a professional and dedicated work ethic. We want you to get the most out of your experience with us and will work to make sure you develop applicable skills you can take with you when the summer is over.

Please choose one of the applications above to apply. Though our N Magazine and Nantucket Current interns will often work together, each internship will have its own focus. If you are applying to N Magazine, please submit your completed application to leisetrueblood@n-magazine.com. If you are applying to Nantucket Current, please submit your completed application to jasongraziadei@n-magazine.com. For either application, please also submit a resume and writing sample. The writing sample can include a piece from a student newspaper or magazine, a blog, or an essay that you feel relates to N Magazine or Nantucket Current content. If you are primarily interested in photography, please supply a portfolio of your recent work.
In addition to the writing/photo samples, we also welcome website links, Instagram photography accounts, TikTok accounts, edited videos, and anything else you think might be a magazine game-changer. Show us your talents – we love to be surprised!
