2. Nantucket Cottage Hospital Health Fair

8 – 11:30 A.M. @ Nantucket Yacht Club

The Nantucket Cottage Hospital is offering a wealth of wellness at this weekend’s Health Fair with an array of free services provided by hospital staff, community partners and experts from Massachusetts General Hospital. All screenings and demonstrations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

3. Spotlight Series Artist Talk: Brian Sager

This Saturday, the Artists Association will showcase the captivating work of N Magazine’s very own Brian Sager featuring a collection of large prints, sea stories and secrets behind the process. 4. Flavors of Tokyo

6:30 – 10 P.M. @ Nantucket Culinary Center

Discover the true tastes of Tokyo without the travel expense in this five-course dinner and demonstration by Chef Sean Durnin. 5. Trails and Treats

Hit the trails this Tuesday for the 2nd annual Trails and Treats walk hosted by the Nature Foundation. Spook-free stations and autumn-themed activities will be offered for costume-clad children of all ages!

6. Yoga for PASCON

6 – 7:30 P.M. @ White Elephant Ballroom

Stretch, soothe, and center yourself to support cancer services and treatment on island in celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Taught by international practitioner Caitlin Marcoux, this 75-minute donation-based class marks the 2nd annual Yoga for PASCON to directly benefit local oncology services.

7. Film for Thought: Human Flow

Follow internationally renowned artist and activist Ai Weiwei in an epic film journey that captures the staggering scale of human migration over the course of one year. 8. Food for Thought Lecture: Mary Longacre

Get fired up for this Thursday’s Food for Thought featuring Mary Longacre and her challenges in restoring Nantucket’s antique fire engine. After having served the island for over 25 years, the 1957 American LaFrance fire engine playfully referred to as “Spunky” can still be found rolling along our cobblestone streets.

9. Grape Expectations: Malbec Tasting
