8. Spooky Stories at Old Gaol

In anticipation of Halloween, the NHA and Theatre Workshop of Nantucket are joining forces to bring you an evening of spooky stories at the NHA’s recently-restored Old Gaol historic property! Listen to scary tales told by costumed actors in a one-of-a-kind historic setting. Tickets are $5/child and can be purchased at the door.
9. Food for Thought: Sara Boyce & Chip Webster

Join the NHA for their last October Food for Thought Lunch as they bring in Sara Boyce and Chip Webster! The topic this week? Comparing our little island Black Rock City, Nevada, home to the Burning Man Festival. Both are communities planned and organized around core philosophies and both offer exceptional art, draw people from around the world, and are home to roughly 70,000 people at full capacity.
