1. Clean Lines on the Horizon Reception

2. Live Comedy with Brian Glowacki

7 P.M. @ The Dreamland

3. Sustainable Nantucket Farmers & Artisans Market
Saturday, June 10
9 A.M. – 1 P.M.

Stroll through town this weekend and stumble upon Sustainable Nantucket’s unique Farmers and Artisans Market located at Cambridge and North Union Streets. 4. Bike Nantucket

Pedal to provide support to children and families in the Nantucket community at the third annual Bike Nantucket. Benefiting Fairwinds Counseling Center, Bike Nantucket offers four scenic bike loops for all ages and skill levels. To get involved, click here.



5. Sam Sylvia Pro-Am Golf Tournament
Sunday, June 11 – Monday, June 12

Don’t miss the 24th annual Sam Sylvia Pro-Am Golf Tournament event hosted by the Nantucket Boys & Girls Club starting this Sunday evening at 5 p.m. The weekend will begin with a cocktail party that consists of live and silent auctions, followed by the tournament Monday morning at Sankaty Head Golf Club. In addition to a blind draw that creates amateur teams, participants can form their own three-man teams and play with a professional from the NEPGA. 6. An Evening with Stephen Kinzer
Monday, June 12
6 P.M. @ The Whaling Museum

Join the Nantucket Historical Association for a special lecture and book signing with Stephen Kinzer, author of The True Flag: Theodore Roosevelt, Mark Twain, and the Birth of American Empire,” this Monday night at the Whaling Museum. Kinzer has written several books, served as the New York Times’ bureau chief in Turkey, Germany and Nicargua, and writes a column on world affairs for The Boston Globe. 7. Plein Air Festival
Tuesday, June 13 – June 18

Hosted by the Artists Association of Nantucket, the 6th annual outdoor painting festival is open to all artists and includes a paint-out at Brant Point Lighthouse and Quick Paint along South Beach where you can see your works hanging for sale even before your paint dries.
