2. Moby Dick Rehearsed

Climb aboard for the whaling adventure of a lifetime as the Nantucket Historical Association and Theatre Workshop of Nantucket present Moby Dick Rehearsed! This one act play within a play is a celebration of the stage and the enduring legacy of Herman Mellville. So, make sure to come watch the great Captain Ahab in action and a have a whale of time. 3. Tim Russert Summer Groove

Nantucket, it’s time to get your groove on! Honoring the late Tim Russert, the 17th annual Summer Groove benefits the Nantucket Boys and Girls Club. 4. Opera House Cup
Sunday, August 19
All day @ The Nantucket Boat Basin

This Sunday, Nantucket Community Sailing will celebrate its 46th annual Rainbow Fleet and Opera House Cup! The regatta is the first all-wooden, single-hulled classic boat regatta on the East Coast and every year it attracts some of the finest sailboats in the world. 5. Wetware Premiere
Sunday, August 19
6:00 pm @ Dreamland

Journey to a near future where people “down on their luck” are able to apply for special genetic modifications to do extraordinary jobs. However, when two advanced prototypes named Jack and Kay escape from the lab, everything changes. The indie feature will have its Nantucket premiere at the Dreamland this Sunday, and lead actors Cameron Scoggins, Morgan Wolk, and Bret Lada will be on-hand for an after-film reception. 6. Latter Day Cabaret

“Hello!” Have you heard? The Theatre Workshop will transform Bennett Hall into a Broadway cabaret as the cast from The Book of Mormon drops in to perform musical theatre hits. 7. About Alice Opening Night

9. Trustees Great Point Celebration
