An Oct. 11 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol will be continued without a finding for one year against Duglas Antonio Castro Hernandez, 21, of Nantucket. He was ordered to forfeit his license for 45-days, complete a driver alcohol education program and an alcohol abuse class, pay a $250 head-injury fee, $250 program fee, $50 victim-witness fee, $50 OUI assessment fee, and $65 per month in probation fees.

A negligent operation of a motor vehicle charge stemming from the same incident will also be continued without a finding, but for 18-months. He was found not responsible for possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

A July 1 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol will be continued without a finding for one year against Rebecca Belcher Feen, 42, of Lakeville, CT. She was ordered to forfeit her license for 45-days, complete a driver alcohol education program, pay a $250 head-injury fee, $250 program fee, $50 victim-witness fee, $50 OUI assessment fee, and $65 per month in probation fees.

A charge of child endangerment while operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol stemming from the same incident will be continued without a finding for 18-months. She had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police dismissed.

After completing one year of pretrial probation, Galisa Francis, 32, of Nantucket, had an Aug. 15, 2019 charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon dismissed.

A June 19 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol will be continued without a finding for one year against Daniel Maciel, 30, of Nantucket. He was ordered to forfeit his license for 45-days, complete a driver alcohol education program, pay a $250 head-injury fee, $250 program fee, $50 victim-witness fee, $50 OUI assessment fee, and $65 per month in probation fees.

A negligent operation of a motor vehicle charge stemming from the same incident was dismissed.

A Sept. 1 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol will be continued without a finding for one year against Jonathan M. Olander, 35, of Nantucket. He was ordered to forfeit his license for 45-days, complete a driver alcohol education program, pay a $250 head-injury fee, $250 program fee, $50 victim-witness fee, $50 OUI assessment fee, and $65 per month in probation fees.

Charges of leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle stemming from the same incident were dismissed.
