Current Court Report – January 26, 2022

Darlenny Rodriguez- Campos, 33, of Nantucket, was arraigned on a Jan. 18 charge of assault and battery on a family/household member. She had a not-guilty plea entered on her behalf and was ordered to return to court Feb. 28 for a pretrial hearing.

An Oct. 7, 2021 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol will be continued without a finding for one year against Raheem Samuels, 23, of Nantucket. He was ordered to complete a driver alcohol education program and forfeit his license for 45 days. He was ordered to pay a $250 program fee, $250 head-injury fee, $50 victim-witness fee, $50 OUI assessment fee, and $65 per month in probation fees.

Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and assault stemming from the same incident were dismissed.

Jason Thomas, 45, of Nantucket will have an Aug. 13, 2021 charge of larceny under $1,200 dismissed on the condition he pay $95 in court costs.
