This week’s Current Court Report includes arraignments and dispositions from Monday’s Nantucket District Court session.
After being continued without a finding for one year. Scott Caspe, 29, of Woburn, had a July 27, 2019 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed.
Mykal David Ludford, 24, of Nantucket, was arraigned on a Dec. 1, 2021 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Feb. 6 for a pretrial hearing.
Manuel Omar Portillo-Rivera, 24, of Nantucket, had a Dec. 14, 2021 charge of shoplifting by asportation (stealing a bottle of Hennessy) dismissed.
