After being continued without a finding for 18 months, Martin Collins, 58, of Mountain View, CA, had a June 25, 2020 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol dismissed.
A Sept. 6, 2020 charge of malicious destruction of property under $1,200 will be continued without a finding for six months against Maria Guevara, 47, of Nantucket. She was ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution and all other fees were remitted. A charge of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with the intent to commit a felony stemming from the same incident was dismissed.
After being continued without a finding for one year, Curtis Lamotte, 33, of Manahawkin, New Jersey, had Sept. 25, 2018 charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and strangulation dismissed.
After being continued without a finding for six months, Terrence Simpson, 23, of Nantucket, had a May 19, 2021 charge of larceny under $1,200 dismissed.
