Current Court Report – March 2, 2022

This week’s court report includes arraignments and dispositions from Monday’s Nantucket District Court session.

Loubins Cadet, 39, of Nantucket, will have a July 20, 2021 charge of leaving the scene of property damage dismissed on the condition he pay $1,500 in restitution. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle stemming from the same incident was dismissed.

Darlenny Rodriguez-Campos, 34, of Nantucket, had a Jan. 18 charge of assault and battery on a family/household member dismissed due to a lack of prosecution after the alleged victim in the case declined to cooperate with prosecutors.

Roberto Ramos, 42, of Nantucket, was arraigned on Feb. 27 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had not-guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court April 19 for a pretrial hearing.
