A Sept. 25 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol will be continued without a finding for one year against Marcus C. Allen, 22, of 4 Shady Maple Lane. Allen was ordered to forfeit his license for 45 days, complete a driver alcohol education program, pay a $250 program fee, $250 head-injury fee, $50 victim-witness fee, $50 OUI assessment fee, and $65 per month in probation fees. A negligent operation of a motor vehicle charge stemming from the same incident was dismissed.

After completing one year of probation, David H. Larivee, 56, of 4 Salros Road, had the probation he was serving on a guilty plea to a Sept. 7, 2018 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol terminated.

Luis Ortiz-Rivera, 57, of 4 Cow Pond Lane, was arraigned on a June 18 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf and was ordered to return to court Nov. 22 for a pretrial hearing.

After making all required payments, John Tremblay, 32, of East Longmeadow, had a May 15, 2016 charge of larceny over $250 dismissed.

After completing one year of probation and making all required payments, Kirk Andrew White, 57, of 2.5 Marble Way, had the probation he was serving on a guilty plea to a June 30 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol terminated.
