An Aug. 19 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle will be continued without a finding for one year against Erin Ajemian, 36, of Hanover. She was ordered to pay a $250 head-injury fee, $50 victim-witness fee, and $50 per month in probation fees. A charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol stemming from the same incident was dismissed.

An Aug. 7 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle will be continued without a finding for one year against Jonathan Cunningham, 27, of Worcester. He was ordered to pay a $250 head-injury fee, $50 victim-witness fee, and $50 per month in probation fees. A charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol stemming from the same incident was dismissed.

Jermaine Fearon, 21, of Nantucket had an Oct. 31, 2019 charge of raping a child amended down to assault and battery. He pleaded guilty to the assault and battery charge and will serve 18 months of probation, pay a $50 victim-witness fee, and $50 per month in probation fees.

A July 18 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle will be continued without a finding for one year against Melvin Alexander Mata-Portillo, 45, of Nantucket. He was ordered to pay a $250 head-injury fee, $50 victim-witness fee, and $50 per month in probation fees. A charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol stemming from the same incident was dismissed.
